Boyle Hall
Located within the historic grounds of the Grade II Listed Boyle Hall, this project introduces a single dwelling that blends seamlessly with its surroundings.
Designed in the spirit of a small lodge, the building harmonises with the site's heritage while offering a contemporary design and layout.
Through a careful and considered approach, we successfully delivered a two-storey, three-bedroom home that respects existing Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs), utilises locally sourced stone, and safeguards the amenity of neighbouring properties.
Situated on the outskirts of Wakefield, the development strikes a thoughtful balance between honouring the site's historic character and providing high-quality modern living.
