Tower Street

Working within the heart of a town centre offers the opportunity to create small pockets of urban regeneration, and we were pleased to propose this project. The site included two existing buildings—one with historical character, the other in poor condition and nearing collapse.

The Lonie Lozano team proposed a mixed-use development, incorporating office spaces and apartments. By using local materials, the design integrates a new structure into the town’s fabric while reflecting the area’s character. It blends contemporary design with a sense of local history.

A key feature of the project is the unusual glass-link atrium, which connects the two buildings. A simple but thoughtful element that provides a visual and physical bridge between the old and new.
