Another great scheme in the heart of Luton!
Before we were involved, this project struggled to gain planning. When we got it, it was 154 apartments and the design was not anything the Planners engaged with.
When we had finished, it had 204 apartments and 610 square meters of commercial space at ground floor and a design that was loved by everybody!
As a practice, we are incredibly keen on very high quality design of spaces and the inclusion of as much green public space as could be accommodated!
